Great location in Blacksburg, VA. Allows the company to be a "big fish in a small pond." Its proximity to Virginia Tech also allows the company to use students for some of its workforce, exchanging their time for an internship.

Nathan Latka should never have gone into business by creating a product. He is smart, cunning, and shrewd, but would be best suited to have started a business centered around himself, not others. During meetings and webinars, the focus seems to start out as valuable customer-centric information, yet undeniably turns into "the Nathan Latka show." The hubris is blatant, but often interpreted as charisma. This self-centric approach has ultimately lead the company to operate in the red for nearly every year they've been in business.
