Pros
- Got full support in my growth journey - Management is always open to being challenged and taking input from "bottom-up" - Team feels like a family, sounds like a cliche but actually the case - Manager trusts me with unfamiliar tasks and lets me grow through them
Cons
- Can get stressful at times (#StartUpLife) - Salary is "based on industry benchmark", could be higher IMHO
