Pros
Hex have embraced the hybrid and flexible work-life balance and, for most roles, allow the employee to manage their workload and work location. Outputs are measured rather than inputs, goals over hours. The people are all lovely and open to change and improvement. The culture is one of openness and responsibility, reducing the blame concept and allowing continual improvement.
Cons
There never seems to be enough in the budget to do what we would like to do.
