fantastic technology, great colleagues, no risk for burn-out --> recommended for people who just want to work stress-free and pre-defined eight hours a day with great things and then go home forgetting all about work
Cons
very rigid structure, no freedom for initatives or deviation from assigned role possible, almost like public administration; risk for bore-out; no real collaboration between the different sites; management avoids (negative) decisions which results in a very inefficient way of working; --> if you look for excitement, initative and advancement, this is not the place
