Cons
1. Company MD ( he is knowledgeable, smart and surprisingly Autocratic, ignorant and irrational). Dictatorship term here isn't exaggeration. He micromanages most of the things and makes quick deciaions based on minimum information which is the main cause for high attrition rate in the company. He is not completely bad either, he never fires consistent under performers but transfers them frequently. 2. Very High sales pressure and humiliation of underperformed. It's kind of a culture here. 3. Super high attrition rate ( 80 % people leave within their first 5 months) irrespective of department. Which delays a lot of pending work. 4. Only 2 people manage whole HR department. So... 5. Learning curve for Hardware fitting is very high so you need to learn and sell at the same time.
