Pros
All training is paid by the company, great competitive benefits. The offices are really geared towards a team atmosphere. Management wants to see employees succeed and present great opportunities for growth. There are a lot of team building events and meetings that are very beneficial to any employee looking to grow professionally. If you have the right attitude you can become very successful with this company. Great perks for management.
Cons
The schedule can burn employees out after a couple months. 10 - 11 hour days and working on Saturday's can get to be too much for people. Offices are very short staffed putting more work loads on employees and creating a stressful environment for the staff (at times). Rate of pay is nothing to brag about, with that said they do want employees motivated to grow within instead of staying in only one position.
