Pros
-Promotions performance based. You can become a branch manager in 1 year or less if you work hard enough and put your mind to it. -Excellent upper management. He WANTS you to succeed and get promoted to the next level. -Everyone works together. If you have any questions, or need help, there are 10+ other Branch Managers to call who are always willing to help. -Uncapped bonus structure. Your bonuses depend on how hard you are willing to work and how well you understand the business. -Continual training. Sales training, statement training, general knowledege meetings, etc... Cons
The one con is having to clean cars in the heat/cold. Management does a good job of hiring utility drivers to aid with this.
