CFO has the lead the company into the ground by not paying vendors. This has blocked our ability to ship product. So now the company is severe finical distress. In general the CFO has created a hostile work environment. After the company's second layoff, he explained the recent increase in insurance plan costs with the following statement "insurance plans are taxed by the federal government at 15% to cover the national health insurance and health coverage for recent undocumented individuals that crossed the US southern border. Sadly, this is the consequences of elections." As expected these statements upset people in the company. Instead of writing an email to explain his actions, and apologize, he wrote an email blaming staff for the lack of understanding of his previous email. He blamed our insurance carrier for his hostile statements Instead of accepting responsibility for his actions.
