You’ll see many extremely talented new hires in both product and sales let go prematurely. Given no sufficient time to prove themselves or ramp up. This creates a culture of distrust, despite all the positive media employees may share. Very niche customer base that is hard to understand while being unideal and unprofessional to work with.
