-Awesome team filled with great, innovative minds -Diverse workforce, great culture -Good pay -Hybrid work environment, ability to work fully remote or come into the office -Unlimited PTO -Large focus on employee development -Company is growing exponentially fast, lots of opportunity to take on leadership roles in the coming months/years
Cons
-Could use a better 401K match -More transparency on bonuses and raises -Would really like a general fitness/wellness stipend to use wherever one likes since fitness benefit is currently not active
