Amazing benefit and strong work culture focusing on craftsmanship and know-how.
Cons
Management differs by store. Some are amazing, some are horrible. For mine, the store manager did not allow much room for holiday and really focus on sales number, resulted in exhaustive working environment. Also if you're looking to grow within the company, this place might not be for you.
