Pros
Put a lot of money on renovation the office, good office machine (the only pro I can think of)
Cons
1. they always start with a contract which means the pay is low, no benefits, etc (7 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVES per year (PRO RATA)), they excuse is 'no headcount'/'headcount has not being approved by paris' 2. 0 technology invested, only use microsoft office, 0 other software, database management system, even ERP is not being used. 3. Workload is quite high, even perm employee the benefit is little. colleuages are not smart, seems like they are here just because they cannot really find a job outside. 4. most of the managements are French so if you are not french... 5. culture is quite toxic, eg, they really like to catch on what time you come in, what time you leave the offices, etc. 6. No WFH. 7. hours can be long. 9. a lot of small circles inside 10. everything needs to be approved by HQ and they are always on holiday, etc (loads of excuses)
