Pros
Clean facility. Some staff - not management - is extremely nice and supportive. Some of the customers are wonderful too. Former employees that quit or were "let go" were wonderful and were missed.
Cons
Management is toxic. They cannot communicate - very passive aggressive. They lie to employees and customers alike. There are "children" running this facility. If you don't fall in line and be their "yes" man/woman and help cover for them, then they put a target on your back. Future employees beware. No one in management is your friend, nor are they a trusted person of management. They will spread lies about you and then deny everything.
