      Good for junior development People are nice Relatively low work pressure Manager are pleased and open to hear idea. And they are willing to give you feedback

      Cons

      Change of organisation too frequently, the business strategy could not be sustainable and the people could not focus. Not attractive salary, a bit out of the standard range. Weak in R&D. Passion is not enough. Hierarchy becomes serious

      Pros

      Very easy to get a job. Salary was on the low side but still competitive

      Cons

      Got laid off after 3 months because they plan to outsource most of the CNC Sold my home, moved to Tempe, got laid off. Thanks Heraeus
