The CEO is incredibly caring and genuinely invested in every employee's professional growth. She recognizes people’s strengths and consistently supports their development, creating a culture where employees feel truly valued My manager is very leadership-oriented and creates an environment where creativity is encouraged and ideas are welcomed. There’s a high level of trust, which makes it easy to take initiative and grow in your role. Teams work well together, and management is both encouraging and realistic when it comes to deadlines and goals, which helps create a productive and balanced work environment. Overall, it’s a supportive workplace where you feel empowered and appreciated.

HerScan is a truly mission-driven company focused on easy access to breast health screenings for women all across the country. I love being part of a company that makes a real difference in early detection for breast cancer and women's health. The company has experienced radpid growth, increasing opportunity to learn, take initiative and contribute in meaningful ways. We have a strong sense of purpose and strive in a fast-paced evnornment that keeps work engaging and never boring! The Leadership Team is collaborative and supportive and has a genuine care for every member of the company to be successful and have the tools necessary to ensure a positive experience for every person we serve!

Cons

With rapid growth comes change and evolving processes. At times system upgrades and workflows are still being refined, which can require extra patience and adaptability from teams. Because of the high volume of events and clients, the workload can be demanding and priorities can shift quickly.
