Pros
My position is very fulfilling to me, I take pride in the work I do and am grateful to have gotten where I am. I have a good relationship with my team. Henry Schein offers good pay and benefits. They often do employee appreciation events which I think is great. There seems to be a lot of room for upward growth if you are willing to stand out.
Cons
They seem to have a hard time navigating the influx of business in a way that is cohesive for the entire warehouse. I hope they will work out better solutions soon because at times it just seems messy. Also, the work in some departments is monotonous which obviously isn't for everyone but that is to be expected in a warehouse.
