Pros
Working at Henry Graphics is challenging but inspiring, especially when seeing the end product. They've been in business for over 20 years and have created just about any type of architectural sign imaginable. Production employees take great pride in their work. Excellent quality and workmanship, almost completely created in-house.
Cons
Major improvements needed in communication between owner/manager and graphic artists, namely the owner's satisfaction, or dissatisfaction, of an employee's progress. The interior lacks in appearance in all offices, although the (non-funtional) front lobby and conference room have recently been renovated. Location of property is inconveniently too far out of the way of local business.
