Pros
Vacation Time as within most healthcare industries is good. Like with most companies, people are generally nice, but some have been there way too long.
Cons
If you have the stomach to suck up, then you'll love it! Otherwise, if you low tolerance for sucking up and looking to be great... then keep it moving. HFHS has great opportunities for advancement and in regards to the healthcare side things may be a little different, but on the business and IT.. it is totally obsolete and out of whack!
