      The only pro, I can think of is my paycheck!

      Cons

      Very outdated policies, too many office politics. They do NOT have a true work-life balance. They look good on paper, but behind closed doors it is quite the opposite!

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
