      The pay and integrity of the system is good.

      All business units are not treated as apart of the system and the lack of respect for fellow co-worker seem very low.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
