      Pay, coworkers, atmosphere, management is pretty good as well.

      Cons

      The biggest problem I have is with their insurance, HAP is not the greatest.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
