Pros
Project type includes some civic and office building stuff. May take more responsibility
Cons
Management is really bad. Hire people based on the projects, if no upcoming project, they will terminate your contract and let you go immediately. Bad medical insurance, small studio with almost no mentorship for the young stuff. The leader are always busy and prefer you to study hard and overtime. The benefit here is really different from the Copenhagen office. Hard to get new projects as a new office here.
