With my experience with Hendrick Chevrolet over the past year, has been a plus lots of new changes lots of upgrades to the facility improvement definitely. Can’t wait to see what the future holds.

No cons in my opinion.

Phenomenal culture Excellent sales training Run the way you want any company to be run. Invests heavily in their employees both in terms of a genuine desire for each employee to succeed as well as top tier benefits. Enable salespeople to sell honestly without fretting over percentages or profit KPIs by focusing on volume as the basis for commissions. Ample room to grow within the company and employees are encouraged very positively to strive for more.

Intense hours, but they're very up front about this going in, so it's no surprise or mystery. Having said that, as a divorced parent with 2 small children it's taken some adjusting for sure. They are extremely accommodating and understanding when it comes to family related issues, though.
