Pros
Good work-life balance, flex time is great Great training resources and design tools Fantastic BIM team Seem well managed from a business side of things, I don't see the company going under
Cons
Promotions seem strictly tenure based; I felt much more knowledgeable than some Engineer 2/3s . Really busted my butt the first couple of years with nothing more than a "good job" and an average yearly salary increase. Finally stepped back and stopped pushing myself so hard since it seems that tenure is the only path to promotion.
