Quite a few students with emotional and behavioral needs. It's hard for the staff and teachers to keep up.

Consistent hours, the students are sweet and it was rewarding to support them and build relationships

Colleagues disrespect and micromanage you, you're expected to be a fly on the wall in subject classes and have low autonomy to support students, low pay for those with Bachelor's degrees
