Pros

Every person at the company are great. Competitive salary and benefits Fantastic welcome package

Cons

I have to enter something here, so I dug deep, would've been nice to get the Christmas Break as extra forced holidays instead of taking from the standard allowance.

Pros

I have worked for Helyx for 7 years now. I have seen the company grow and change, yet it's values and ethos remain the same- commitment to people. Helyx put both it's employees and customers at the forefront of everything that they do. Helyx prove that taking care of the wellbeing of their staff and delivering beyond customer expectations are not mutually exclusive as is the case with some businesses. I have personally experienced this. Helyx have supported me both in my personal and professional life throughout my time with them and I believe that in today's current climate, this is invaluable. Despite the company continually growing and adapting to the marketplace it retains a culture that empowers personnel to grow and adapt as professionals. It achieves this through effective mentoring and support of it's staff underpinned by an excellent learning and development programme. During my time at Helyx I have been supported by the business to diversify my skillset and adapt to new roles within the business.

Cons

During my time at Helyx there have been some minor issues that can be attributed as symptoms of business growth. However, this has been a learning experience for us all and any issues that have arisen have never been to the detriment of personnel within the business.

Pros

Helyx has given me the work life balance that I craved for. The development opportunities are fantastic along with a competitive salary and a long list of benefits that I'd find quite hard to get elsewhere. The generous pension scheme is also a positive for this new family I have been welcomed into. Working from home has given me more scope to flourish to the point that I have found my productivity higher than it has been for some time. The work/life balance is "spot on" and there is always someone willing to help you out when you are unsure what to do. Innovation is also very welcome and you can approach anyone, and I mean anyone, with ideas or questions.

Cons

The vocation involves delivering training away from home at times but I don't regard living in a hotel with expenses catered for a con to be honest.
