Mostly how they run it nepotism and hypocrisy to the bone. No respect for anyone, very arrogant, they aren’t even a big airline and depend on Swiss but they behave as better than Swiss. New crew think they know all and are allowed to believe such Macho dominated mentality from part of the pilots not all some are great people and some there keep on hitting on (they think discreetly) the newbbie girls (a repeat that was so boring and unacceptable but the captain has all the power there you cannot utter a word without getting into trouble)
