1. disrespectful management team always rude to internal customers while they demand you maintain excellent business relationship with external customer. - I never see email communication using red colour when senior coaching junior. Only see this situation in this company. - If you have questions, you ask in a proper way. However, the senior reply you “Why you ask XXX?” - Then, I feel being treated unkindly! I don’t want to ask next time. However, the senior challenge you “You don’t know then why don’t you ask?” - You are always being questioned “why you do this XXX?” or “Why don’t you XXX?” - You are not being trusted. 2. Turnover rate is extremely high. Most of the new staff will not work more than half year. No wonder you can see “many new positions” in the JD. And the JD is non-stop being posted in JobsDB or glassdoor. - Management knows turnover rate is high, but they have no improvement on it and cant improve it. 3. If we worked in mnc before, you must not accept this management style. If you worked in mean Hong Kong company, you will think this management style is acceptable.
