Cons
Low pay and little increment for the amount and quality of work you have to produce on a daily basis. Laborious job with unappreciative bosses Micromanaging is expected (your bosses get to see all your emails whether or not they are cc-ed in your emails.) Favouritism causes unfairness in workload distribution and overall pay increment. Don’t bother worrying about KPI, they are just for show. Your rapport with your RO means much more than qualifications and capability. HR has an unprofessional take on dealing with employee’s welfare and workplace rights.
