Tough but fair - Anonymous employee Helping America Group Employee Review

Getting hired was easy. I sent my resume and got a call back immediately. I got hired at the interview. What we do is helpful to our clients. Since people will always struggle with debt there will always be clients to sign up. The pay is good. Good benefits.

The days can seem long from 9-6 PM. There aren't many spiffs or incentives.

If you show up to work with a positive attitude and produce there are great opportunities to advance with in the company. I started working here back and May and as of October I have been promoted twice. Yes it does take hard work and resilience. But this company is one of the good ones, they actually take care of their employees unlike so many other call centers. Pay structure is also their so you are not wasting your time on a base salary. Every month I am pleased with what I achieved at Helping America Group. I can see myself working here a long time and I have a history of moving on after 3 to 4 months. I recommend this company to anyone.

I can't think of a Con, I am beyond pleased with my job.
