Help at Home constantly strives to improve our organization and we are currently in the process of revamping our training throughout our organization. Help at home also works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates. In areas where our wages aren’t as high as we would like, we try to offer additional benefits like greater flexibility or paid time off.
