Lots of flying. Different areas to learn. Maintenance is good.

Management is terrible. Work life balance isn't there. You never know when you have to work and when you're going to be off and they act like you're the problem when you want to do something in your personal life. Not family friendly. Only in it for themselves.

Contract work at an Army installation, or US Forest Service. great Co-workers, fly almost daily if it is not raining.

Very little relief time for months. Sometimes a relief pilot would show up, ie twice in a 6 month period. Pay was Ok, but when the contract ended, no follow on work, for weeks or months
