Pros

It's not corporate, it has a family-run feel. My voice is heard. Employees are treated fairly and as assets. Great support system for me. Room to grow within the business. I'm pushed and challenged to learn and be successful. Customer centric business.

Cons

Would be good to have an introduction to the different consultants/developers etc. across the different regions who I would potentially work with from a sales delivery perspective, so I know who they are and not just their name.
