Pros
There is a lot of learning to do things on your own and room for improvement. However, my manager, the IT, and the team for my school are all helpful when you need it. In addition, there is a chat for your rehabilitation team (PT, OT, or SLPs) that you can get advice or help from if needed. I understand the frustrations people can have at times for low reviews... BUT this job is great for needed flexibility. I can choose my hours/days with no problems. I love working from home as the OT world can definitely leave you feeling burnt out at times. When I have cancels, I can start laundry, take my dog on a walk, etc. vs. being in a building and waiting for the next kiddo. I love the teachers I work with at my school as well. In my opinion, working remotely from here is worth it.
Cons
Constant change and learning on your own often.
