We are committed to employee professional development, and we strive to be a company where individuals want to build their careers. We actively strive to promote from within and many members on our Senior Management and Executive Management Teams have grown with HelloFresh and have been promoted into their current leadership roles. Additionally, we're launching manager training cohorts, engagement tools for managers-direct reports, and other engagement programs for everyone.
We are constantly making changes and improvements to our onboarding process, which we know is a critical first touch-point for individuals starting at our company. In order for us to improve our onboarding process, we would appreciate if you would continue to share more specific feedback with your local HR team, or complete the New Hire Survey (if applicable). We use all of this data to improve our processes and surveys are one of the key sources we use to find areas to iterate and improve.
