Customer Service is being ran by a person who really doesn't have employees best interest, except for select few. Does bear minimum for employees in customer service. Practically the entire management team wings it. Only in positions due to nepotism. The Associate Dir is more of s warden and is condescending. Very lacking in people skills. If you're looking for a structured and professional environment look elsewhere.
