Pros
Flexible schedule, great reasonable hours. I don’t feel micromanaged. You’re able to work in a suite alone. I work for a franchised owned hello sugar new to Oklahoma. It was a little slow in the beginning as expected building clientele but seen a great incline in pay, books, and overall business. It is a sales job so you must go in with that in mind to be successful in addition to having a great craft and work ethic. The franchise owners seem to care a lot and are just as flexible with my schedule etc.
Cons
Can seem overwhelming to beginners if you aren’t familiar with sugar/waxing or other services offered as there is no manager on duty. If technical difficulties arise you must figured it out yourself for the most part. Semi monthly pay is an inconvenience at times.
