- no salary on time for a year, then only get half after 10 days
- no communication of late salary, no sorry, no care
- too much restructure no solution
- not focused on true problem, keep focus on revenue, no one interested as staff don't feel valued
- mindset very toxic and olden times, like slave
- health company but have to work when sick, management will phone you
- no boundaries but high expectations
