Pros
Average pay-You have to be extremely lucky to end up with a good manager, as they are the only exception to the rule.
Cons
No one here respects your skills or offers any real benefits. The environment is highly toxic and manipulative. Management treats you like a child, forcing you to the office just to micromanage you and dictate your every move, completely rejecting any new ideas.
Nepotism is rampant; around 90% of the employees are hired through connections ('kone'), yet they fake an image of having the 'best company culture' when reality is tragic. Technically, they are clueless, operating with an outdated 1980s mindset. There are no clear roles. I joined as a Data Engineer, only to be told later that I couldn't have the necessary access simply because I wasn't technically part of the 'IT department.' Avoid this place if you value your sanity and professional growth
