Cons
After the take-over by Intracom, the company is run by a clique, either you are one of them, or you're left behind. The poorest possible level of technical know-how, specially when it comes to management. Internal processes are completely ineffective, resulting on countless hours of unproductive work and countless people working to hack their way around a problem instead of fixing it at its root. Unfair salaries, depending on whether you "belong" or not, completely disregarding how much effort you've put into the company. All planning is just for show. Nothing is ever planned ahead thoroughly.
