      Pros

      Great place to be! Very collaborative work environment. Talented work-force that is able to pull together and address complex tasks. Great benefits and a casual work environment.

      Cons

      Austin traffic is terrible and getting to the location can be extremely difficult during rush hour. Public transportation to this area of the city is lacking.

      Everyone was friendly, and worked hard. Management was open, and HR did a good job of building a community with the employees.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with every person at HelioVolt. The management staff was open and honest with their updates on the company. I wish all former employees the best of luck in their new opportunities.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company is in the process of folding, they gave it a great shot!
