Good Coffee and Pastries. A strong team who built great relationships with regular customers.

Far too many to list. If I had my time again I would never have bothered working for Heidi's. No career progression, no thanks, no acknowledgement, no understanding of the pressures worked under or care for when we were mistreated by customers. I also have serious concerns regarding the hygiene and food safety, even if rated 5 (which I question due to mold in the kitchen, a broken dishwasher, cardboard in the walkin, fridges broken, temps faked, no handwash working in the kitchen, no food safety or hygiene training provided). They treat staff concerns with complete indifferece, when working in the summer it reached 48'c at the coffee machine we were offered electrolytes as a solution. Worked there for 2 years, would never recomend it to anyone and would actively recomend leaving the company to current employees.

Fosters a genuinely positive and inclusive culture. The work is challenging in a good way. Work life balance is respected and there's a strong sense of team collaboration.

every company has room for improvement and in this case, some internal processes could be more streamlined.
