We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and are pleased to learn that you enjoy the overtime hours, promotion opportunities, and benefits. We recognize that there have been increases in the volume of work, and as a result have reorganized the department to have the flexibility to size-up for business growth. This should allow for more accountability, focus, and assist in areas where needed to support the business requirements and meet SLA deadlines. We strive to provide an environment where employees feel valued, treated fairly and respected. This begins with our managers, which is why we recently invested in sending all the managers within the department to leadership training. We encourage employees to take advantage of the open door environment and voice concerns to their respective manager and director. I’d be happy to discuss any other feedback you may have.
