Flexible hours, great people, supportive management,

lack of some systems to capture plant issues.

Pay and benefits are decent, would say average for energy company. Good coworkers. Work is interesting but very demanding.

No employee recognition for years of service. Understaffed, every year being asked to do more and more eith the same team, cant hire more people, everyone feels burned out. Ever since the sale was announced things have been going downhill, has been going on for over a year. Lots of speculation and no direction, very uncertain future.
