      Great place to start your career in broadcast, lots of hands on experience. You can move within the company, from station to station, easily.

      Limited PTO, tough schedules, below average pay.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
