Work/ Life balance. Got 10 vacation days after only being there 90 days
Cons
management is rude, "open door policy" is a word thrown around a lot; however, it is certainly not practiced, everyone there is so miserable that you can feel the tension as soon as you walk on to the advertising floor, they change bonus plans so often and to the disadvantage of the sales team.
