Pros

Some flexibility with work hours but it does vary by department and your manager. The office is pretty nice, it's open space which is something I enjoy.

Cons

We have been told several times by the senior leadership to write positive reviews on glassdoor. That should show you how they are trying to cheat their way into getting good reviews. This is pretty much how the company is being operated. Most of the positive reviews you see on here are either written by them or the employees that suck up to them. If you are the type of person that sucks up to the senior leadership, ding ding ding, this place is for you. If you are not, RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. Even if you are a great worker and your performance shows it, it won't matter. You will have to become a suck up to be on their good side. Once you are on their good side, you will get an insight of all the secret projects that are being created behind closed doors. There is no transparency with the employees that are not “in the circle”.

I am very sorry this person feels this way. However, this is entirely untrue. I, nor my predecessor have ever asked anyone to write positive reviews, that would not be ethical and would contradict one of our core values. We have always sought objective feedback from everyone, at every level, at any time. When I am not in a meeting, my door is always open and I encourage anyone to walk on in.

Pros

Free vitamins or low cost to employees

Cons

These are "doctor backed" supplements but some of the so-called doctors aren't real physicians rather chiropractors which is weird and a bit fraudulent. The pay is quite low even in middle management level. The people who work here are pretty fake. The way they deal with conflict is very poor. There's no discussion at all. The reviews are deflated. They don't seem to want you to feel encouraged or happy.
