The commission process was very convoluted. When asked about the determination of the figures it was conveyed that there was a special formula that was utilized. Transfers were made from account to account to cover chargebacks without telling the agent that this was occurring. When confronted, the department said the agent had asked them beforehand to make the changes (which was untrue).
