-Hybrid working. -Model opportunities for skincare, facials…etc. -Create strong bonds with direct colleagues from dealing with issues together.

-Long hours. -Systems and sites unusable, they get worse by the day. -Feedback doesn’t go anywhere. -Wellbeing of staff not prioritised, overworked and under appreciated. -Treatment of staff from different departments varies massively. E.g One team gets taken to the theatre and another gets given fruit and doughnuts. -Communication is poor. -Benefits need massive improvement.

Appears to be professional in beginning.

Deeply non compliant, fundamentally not ethical & hugely under experienced at exec level. Car crash waiting to happen.
