Disappointing - Anonymous employee Healthx Employee Review

Some of the leadership is dead weight. No strategic plan. Poor leadership. Reactive not proactive, Very few actual leaders, mostly followers. Overall organization is confused and disorganized. Weak leadership. Sell it and we will build it mentality. Friends and family hiring and promotions. Power plays by people who would be nothing in a real corporate setting. Not the same since Greg Bell left the company. Technology solutions built on old backbone technology.
